Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. The listed phone number is (415) 564-0740. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is holisticdentalsf.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

With 3.5 out of 5 on Google from 8 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for dental clinics in San Francisco. Recent reviews are the best guide.

San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Francisco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Id definitely recommend this dental center! I’ve been here a few times, and always a great experience. Dr pavel is very knowledgeable, and confident in his practice. He is very personable, and makes you feel comfortable. It’s a small 3 person team, that values customer service, and takes care of their people:) I chose the right place!

I can't recommend Dr. Niderman and his team enough. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. They truly make going to the dentist a comfortable and painless experience, which is something I never thought I'd say! Dr. Niderman's expertise is evident in the quality of work, and his team is equally impressive, ensuring every visit is stress-free. They did a fantastic job on my dental treatment, and I’m beyond satisfied with the results. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about your comfort and dental health, look no further.

This is a wonderful dental practice!! They are professional, kind, and empathetic. Both Victoria and Dr. Niderman are extremely organized and accommodating. I also appreciate the truly holistic approach and tendency not to over-treat. I recently attempted to switch dentists due to having a 90 minute commute to the dental office, but after my appointment I found myself calling Dr Niderman for a second opinion and will be going back.

If you ever want to get tooth extraction with 0 pain & 0 or 0.01 after pain: go to this dental office. I just had the implant first step = the scariest step (as a consequence of my extraction done) and I can still say is was painfulness (0:0) and so easy and I'm in good shape and I can write this review. Doctor Niderman and his staff knows what they do and they do it amazingly well + it's for the long term. Thank you doctor Niderman for saving me from a nightmare stories... tooth pain can just drive you crazy!
